Account data: Email address, name, and profile information provided during sign-up (via Clerk).
Usage data: Lesson progress, quiz scores, beat patterns, mix settings, and AI coaching conversations.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe handles all payment processing.
Analytics: Page views, feature usage, and session data to improve the product.
We use your data to: provide the Service, track learning progress, personalize AI coaching, process payments, send essential communications (account, billing), and improve the product.
Clerk: Authentication and user management. Clerk Privacy Policy.
Supabase: Database hosting (PostgreSQL). Data stored in US East (Ohio). Supabase Privacy Policy.
Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy.
Anthropic: AI coaching powered by Claude. Conversations may be processed by Anthropic. Anthropic Privacy Policy.
Vercel: Web hosting. Vercel Privacy Policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@faderhaus.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your account, export your data, and opt out of non-essential communications. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted data at rest, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Faderhaus is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
