By accessing or using Faderhaus ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Faderhaus is operated by Faderhaus LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Faderhaus is an AI-powered music production education platform that provides interactive lessons, audio tools (beat sequencer, mixing console, arrangement timeline), and AI coaching. The Service is available via web browser.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Faderhaus offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Lifetime plans are one-time payments granting permanent access. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans.
You retain ownership of beats, mixes, and arrangements you create using Faderhaus tools. By making content public, you grant Faderhaus a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You may delete your content at any time.
Faderhaus uses AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) for coaching and mix analysis. AI-generated feedback is educational guidance, not professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses.
You may not: reverse engineer the Service, use it for illegal purposes, upload malicious content, attempt to bypass access controls, or resell access to the Service.
Faderhaus is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
